Sales Development Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple systems & tools like salesforce MS products etc.
- Outbound calls of 60-80 calls a day trying to source and set up appointments for our ISV partner and be able to easily navigate tools like google apps for email calendar and meetings.
- Understand and use LinkedIn sales navigator to obtain key attributes and contact for clients.
- Work fulltime on the phones with stable internet connection, be able to pivot focus to clients specific needs.
- Build rapport with various clients from outbound dialing.
- Cold calling potential clients and pitch them on embracing new technology.
- Understanding scheduling and basic time management principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or two years related experience
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in a BPO
- Excellent selling, negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
