Creative Production Responsibilities
- Understands of work instructions and interpretation of client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarification of design issues and concerns prior to starting work.
- Design, preparation and creation of pages suitable for output in multimedia, web and print advertisements.
- Checking of layout and ensure completeness of client’s provided content as well as compliance with specified typography, color, and file types specified during the creation of a job order.
- Designing pages based on design templates, style sheets, or etearsheets.
- Understanding the discipline of the Newspaper/Magazine industry (structure, layout, page flow, element hierarchy).
- Strong attention to detail, easy-to-read content flow, and be able to visualize the final output layout during the design process.
- Adept in both templated and free style layouting.
Technical Production Responsibilities
- Creation of pagination work using Adobe InDesign, Methode or any client required softwares.
- Optimization of files based on client and industry standards as well as ensuring that file sizes are in compliance with established requirements.
- Perform cropping, sizing, color conversions and masking to images as required to execute ad design.
Process Production Responsibilities
- Accomplishment of data inputting systems for every work accurately. Accuracy in recording daily production for individual performance , extracting of billable items such as completed orders, images, or pages), and quality/delivery performance.
- Delivery of both simple and medium difficulty work according to acceptable turnaround time and/or standards and/or deadlines set by the Team Leader.
- Proper and accurate use of available production tools (PES, SunFish, Saxo, Citrix, client system tools, etc) and other computer applications to complete a page.
- Determining whether a page is doable based on the provided instructions of the client and effectively decides whether to send the page back for clarification of instructions.
- Determining whether the page created follows acceptable quality standards set by the client and/or Team Leader.
- Communicate with Team Lead through email or online chat in addressing client’s issues or clarifying instructions.
- Adherence to all deadlines like draft layout, revisions, final output, and production reports.
- Ensure page layouts are accurate and have been checked or reviewed prior to release.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Open for Fresh Graduates Undergraduates and Career Shifters.
- Experience in making Newspaper or Magazine layout, Graphic Design or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiar with using a variety of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and especially InDesign.
- Good communication skills
- Open to working on the evening shift and variable shift schedules.
- Willing to work in Hybrid Set-up.
- Mush have at least 15Mbps internet speed and a laptop/computer
