Marketing Advisor
The Marketing Advisor acts as the online brand consultant of customers. The job holder will be the primary point of contact for customers in managing their website and/or campaign development through the lifecycle of the engagement.
The job holder is responsible for understanding the customers' business, helping develop content ideas, and creating a package of information or creative briefs to be used by our internal creative teams to create engaging websites and/or set up effective digital marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main point of contact for multiple customers in managing the website and/or campaign development through the lifecycle of the project
- Collaborates with the customers through calls and emails to gather pertinent business information needed in the creation of their websites and/or other digital marketing campaigns suitable for the online brand
- Assists in arranging the concept, planning, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across channels
- Assists in website analysis (or campaign performance) to determine next steps discussion for advertiser growth and goal achievement
- Works with appropriate teams within the organization to collect assets (logos, images, other digital information) for completion of each product and/or campaign
- Assists in troubleshooting and/or testing of existing and newly deployed websites (or other digital products)
- Conducts additional research vital in updating customers on the latest marketing best practices and technologies, making suggestions for improvements to increase average order value, and as a retention tool for existing clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or two years related experience
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in a BPO
- Excellent customer service, inbound sales, and support skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing products such as but not limited to websites, paid media, SEO, Social Media, and content products
- Basic understanding of various website builders and its functionalities
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
- Any relevant project management related experience is a plus
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business
