Graphic Designer (Print and Digital)
Digital:
The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts using digital technology to provide solutions to the communication needs of clients across interactive and electronic media using a variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography, motion graphics layout techniques in the most effective way.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Production
- Execution of work instructions based on client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarification of design issues and concerns prior to starting work.
- Design, preparation, creation, and optimization of graphic files suitable for output in multimedia, web and video advertisements.
- Ensure compliance with specified instructions, typography, color, and file types during the creation of a job order.
Technical Production
- Creation of static and digital motion graphics work using a variety of software such as Adobe Animate CC, After Effects, Photoshop, Flexitive, RAD, Illustrator and Premiere. ○ Ensure that file sizes are in compliance with established requirements.
Process
- Encode ad information and upload files to IAMS and Adwatch.
- Delivery of ads based on agreed SLA.
- Proper and accurate use of available production tools (AESB, IDEA, DMS, eDPS, etc) and other computer applications to complete an ad.
- Validate the completeness of materials and instruction for each assigned
- Adhere to the quality standards set by the client.
- Communicate directly with the client regarding ad specification clarifications in the absence of the Senior Designer and/or Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Experience in designing digital ads (building video and motion graphics) using various platforms such as Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Acrobat, After Effects and Media Encoder
- Willing to work in different shifts
- A team player and able to work well in a collaborative environment
- Adapts well to a fast-paced working environment
- Good communication and comprehension skills
