Sales Development Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with multiple systems & tools like salesforce MS products etc.
  • Outbound calls of 60-80 calls a day trying to source and set up appointments for our ISV partner and be able to easily navigate tools like google apps for email calendar and meetings.
  • Understand and use LinkedIn sales navigator to obtain key attributes and contact for clients.
  • Work fulltime on the phones with stable internet connection, be able to pivot focus to clients specific needs.
  • Build rapport with various clients from outbound dialing.
  • Cold calling potential clients and pitch them on embracing new technology.
  • Understanding scheduling and basic time management principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or two years related experience
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in a BPO
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
