Digital Marketing Associate
The Digital Campaign Associate reports to the team leader, and is responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans, and providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, administering of campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, creating reports, as well as troubleshooting issues.
This position shall also manage all order entry tickets via Zendesk and/or email, and make sure everything all campaign requirements are complete before setting up campaigns internally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ad Trafficking
- Set up campaign base on client’s request and Ad Trafficking Guidelines for Programmatic, Social,
and/or Search - Set up and review campaign creative in accordance to client standards/service level agreement against
the acceptable formats in Basis/CDSP, Simpli.fi, DFP, FBBM, and Paid Search - Manage high volume of digital campaigns and ensure accuracy and fulfilment of display, mobile, video,
and social media campaigns in a very timely manner. - Compute for the appropriate budget for each campaign using the approved CPM Rates/Bids.
- Analyze revisions from client and recheck if the setup reflects the appropriate changes.
- Report order volume and their status on a daily/weekly basis to Team Leads.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate support to Field Sales Team and Client by assisting them in meeting the order delivery requirements.
- Manage client requests and update orders in AIMS and Titan to get an order back on track or moving
thru the workflow. - Ensure all tactics are properly mapped to campaign dashboard
- Ensure all required pixels, access, etc. are implemented and granted by the sales rep/client such as
Facebook Access, Pixel Placement - Determines special instruction and ensures that all departments receive the correct client instruction
in implementing campaign/proposal changes or adjustments.
Media Planning
- Ensure the completeness of details submitting the proposal which includes targeting criteria and special
instructions. - Provide accurate computation of recommended budgets and soft copies in the drive for QC’s reference.
- Ensure that RFP and campaign build outputs complies with DSPs, FBBM, and Google policies, and best
practices. - Generate feasible estimate and search/create relevant keyword list based on the services being offered
within the advertiser’s website for a certain campaign depending on the client’s specifications such as
budget, flight dates, goal, etc.
Other Production Responsibilities:
- Maintaining productivity and accuracy standards for the role and submit to Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) when necessary.
- Owning campaign related tasks assigned by superiors and/or Team Leader, Manager with minimal handover.
- Regularly coordinating, collaborating and interacting with team members to ensure cross-learning and continuous improvement.
- Abiding by the policies and rules of the company and act in a professional manner at all times.
- Performing/rendering other duties or special projects, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with a 6 months of digital advertising experience (fresh grads are welcome)
- Experience in developing media plans or trafficking programmatic, social media or search campaigns is a plus
